1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Thrin Check's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Thrin Check's services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on our platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Services Description

Thrin Check provides software development services including but not limited to web application development, mobile app development, cloud solutions, database management, and consulting services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requested
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
• Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt the services or servers

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Thrin Check and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services will be specified in individual service agreements. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur additional charges as specified in your service agreement.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

While we strive to provide the highest quality services, Thrin Check makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Thrin Check or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if Thrin Check has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information received during the course of business. This obligation shall survive termination of any service agreement.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of California.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
